RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service.
Should you wish to return an Item due to personal preference, a collection fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Collection fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) you purchased.
If your item arrives damaged, then we will happily replace any items affected free of charge or collect item(s) for a full refund (*Applies only within 14-day cancellation period).
All our products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty (unless stated otherwise at time of purchase). If your item(s) appears to be faulty outside of your 14-day cancellation period, we will collect the item free of charge pending a factory inspection. If a fault is found with the item(s) within the manufacturing warranty period, we will replace all affected items free of charge. Should the items be found to not be at fault and we believe has sustained damage due to miss-use, items will be returned to you and a re-delivery charge will apply.
