Free Standard UK Delivery although some remote area restrictions apply. For these areas an additional charge may be required.
The below post codes areas will be subject to a longer delivery lead times and additional charges:

• PA17 – PA19
• PA19 – PA69
• PA70 – PA77
• All HS, ZE, GY, JE & BT areas
Our delivery service is limited to the UK including Northern Ireland.
Delivery times vary between all products as all our items are handmade to order. All product lead times can be found when purchasing your items under the delivery information.
Mattresses usually 3-5 working days
Headboards usually 3-5 working days
Bed frames usually 5-10 working days
You will receive regular updates about your order with delivery tracking via the email address you provided at time of purchase. You can also contact us directly to track your order on 01484 949 354 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to change your order, accidentally ordered the incorrect item or size then please contact us as soon as possible on 01484 949 354 so we can have this amended immediately. You can also cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting us directly.
If your item has been dispatched but not yet delivered and you wish to cancel, we ask for you to refuse delivery of the items so they will be returned to us at no extra charge to yourself by our couriers.
We understand that in some circumstances a product may not be suited to your needs once purchased, we aim to do everything we can to help. Please find information on returns & cancellations in our Terms & Conditions.
