1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which you may use this website and place orders for items from Aspire Furniture (legally trading as Aspire Furniture Limited, Company No. 08445275, VAT No. 158327976).
By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Proof of purchase is required to initiate warranty claims.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time, typically within 14 days, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For the full duration of the warranty period applicable to your product, repair will be the first remedy offered in the event of a confirmed fault. Where a repair is not possible or would not resolve the fault, a replacement will be offered. Refunds are only considered where neither repair nor replacement is possible or reasonable, and any refund will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and the fault confirmed.

3. Availability & Delivery

All orders are subject to availability. While we strive to keep stock levels accurate, website entry does not guarantee availability.
Delivery charges and estimated times are confirmed at checkout and may vary by size, weight, and location.
Delivery dates are estimates only. We will keep you informed of any delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure goods can be delivered into the property (including through doorways, staircases, or access routes) and to provide accurate delivery information. Additional delivery or return charges may apply where access is restricted.

4. Product Usage

Products are intended for domestic use only. Use in commercial or public environments—such as rental properties, offices, or hospitality settings—may void warranties unless otherwise agreed.

5. Product Description & Colour

We’ve made every effort to display colours, fabrics, and designs accurately. Due to screen and lighting variations, there may be slight discrepancies.

6. Price Promise

If you find the same product of equivalent quality at a lower price with another retailer, we’ll aim to match it (subject to verification by our Customer Service team).

7. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted in writing to:

We aim to respond within 7 working days of receipt.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, courier delays, natural disasters, or supply chain disruption. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and minimise disruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

11. Klarna Payments

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options at checkout. Payment is made directly to Klarna:

Pay Later 30 – Buy now, pay within 30 days. No interest is charged if payment is made on time. Klarna may allow an extension if requested via their app or website.
Pay in 3 Instalments – Spread the cost into 3 equal monthly instalments, collected automatically. Provided payments are made on time, no interest or fees apply.
