    The Role

    As a Customer Service Administrator for Aspire Furniture you will play a key role within the team supporting the working together to respond to order queries, as well as complex delivery issues. These queries and tasks are generated from a wide spectrum of platforms, from direct Aspire customers to various Retailers and also from the Retails Customers over the phone and via email.

    You will be trained to navigate the various applications and portals processing responses and administering to the various requests and actions required. As part of this role you will also be expected to muck in and help out in the other general office admin tasks as and where needed.

    Once the successful candidate has passed their probation of 3 months the salary is increased accordingly.

    The Person

    To be considered for this position:
    You must have had a background in Customer Services however, this does not necessarily need to be within a Manufacturing/ Retail industry or have a background in Beds/ Mattresses.

    We are looking for a person who has a mature common sense approach and attitude to work.


    A solutions driven person who looks for how to make things work rather than dwelling on how this have not worked.

    A positive glass half full mentality with a realistic expectation of how new businesses can sometimes work.
