Do you take away the old mattress?
Due to hygiene reasons we are sorry but we are unable to collect your old mattress. If you contact your local council or recycling plant they will be able to assist you (Charges may apply).
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary between most of our items are handmade to order. Product lead times are as follows, please note a delivery estimate will be provided upon checkout:
Mattresses usually 3-5 working days (Rolled) 5-10 working days (unrolled)
Headboards usually 15-20 working days
Bed frames usually 40-45 working days

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change your order, accidentally ordered the incorrect item or size then please contact us as soon as possible on 01484 949 354 or email us at cs@aspire-furniture.co.uk. so we can have this amended immediately. You can also cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting us directly.
If your item has been dispatched but not yet delivered and you wish to cancel, we ask for you to refuse delivery of the items so they will be returned to us at no extra charge to yourself by our couriers.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or is incorrect from what you ordered then please contact us as soon as possible on 01484 949 354 or email us at cs@aspire-furniture.co.uk so we can have replacement items sent out to you and uplift the incorrect/damaged items. What are the delivery charges for orders from your online shop?
Free standard UK mainland delivery although some remote area restrictions apply. For these areas, an additional charge may be required.

What is a rolled mattress?
Some of our mattress are rolled up and vacuum packed for ease of transport. All our rolled mattresses can be identified with the following symbol:
We advise once you receive your mattress to remove the packaging and unroll the mattress onto your bed and leave it to expand for up to 48h. The mattress will then expand to its full advertised depth.

All Aspire products are measured to imperial measurements and are standard across the UK*, mattress sizes can be found below:
Single: 3’ x 6’3″ (90cm x 190cm)
Small double: 4’ x 6’3″ (120cm x 190cm)
Double: 4’6″ x 6’3″ (135cm x 190cm)
King: 5′ x 6’6″ (150cm x 200cm)
Super king: 6′ x 6’6″ (180cm x 200cm)
