1. The Promoter
The promoter is Aspire Store (under legal trading entity Aspire Furniture Ltd), hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter".
2. The Promotion & Entry Periods
2.1 The "#AspireStoreComfort" promotion is a recurring bi-monthly prize draw.
2.2 Each draw period opens on the 1st day of the first month at 00:01 AM GMT and closes on the final day of the second month at 23:59 PM GMT (e.g., Round 1: Aug 1st – Sep 30th / Round 2: Oct 1st – Nov 30th).
2.3 Entries received outside of an active draw window will automatically be rolled into the next active period.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the administration of this draw are excluded from entering.
4. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete one of the following entry paths during an active Entry Period:
4.1 Instagram Entry: Follow @aspirestoreuk, post an original photo or video featuring a genuine Aspire product styled in your home onto your public grid/feed, tag @aspirestoreuk directly in the post, and include the hashtag #AspireStoreComfort in the caption.
4.2 Facebook Entry: Follow/Like the official @aspirestoreuk Facebook Page, and drop an original photo or video of a genuine Aspire product styled in your home directly into the comments of the official launch post for draw you are entering.
4.3 Verification: Entrants must maintain a public profile during the draw period so the Promoter can view and verify the tagged entry.
4.4 Alternative Free Route of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter the draw without making a purchase, entrants must send a physical entry via post containing their full name, email address, phone number, the hashtag #AspireStoreComfort, and a hand-drawn sketch of their "dream cozy home space". This entry must be posted to:

Digitally printed, photocopied, or bulk-produced drawings will be disqualified.
Strictly one hand-drawn postal entry per envelope/mailing counts as one entry.
Postal entries must be physically received by the Promoter no later than 3 business days before the scheduled bi-monthly draw date to be eligible for that period's draw.
5. Intellectual Property, Marketing Rights & AI Licensing
By participating in this promotion, using the hashtag #AspireStoreComfort, or submitting a postal entry, you explicitly agree to the following content licensing terms:
5.1 You warrant that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted photo, video, or sketch, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
5.2 You grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, store, copy, distribute, publish, and display the content across any and all marketing channels.
5.3 Creative Editing & Generative AI Rights: You explicitly grant the Promoter the right to adapt, crop, edit, alter, morph, and digitally manipulate your submitted content (including via Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools). This includes the right to upload and process your content using generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms (such as Kling, Midjourney, or similar generative video/image software) to create updated, derived, or animated marketing materials.
5.4 You waive any moral rights in the submitted content to the fullest extent permitted by law, meaning you will not have the right to inspect or approve the finished marketing assets or the specific context in which your styled home image is used.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during each bi-monthly period. The draw will take place within seven (7) working days of the period closing using an automated random generator tool.
6.2 Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social platform they entered through (or via email for postal entries) within seven (7) days of the draw.
6.3 If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner at random.
7. The Prize & Payment Processor (PSP) Limitations
7.1 The prize consists of a purchase refund or an Aspire Store Digital Gift Card, capped at a maximum value of £100.00 GBP.
7.2 Direct Purchases & Payment Provider Processing:
For winning entries featuring a product purchased directly from the Aspire Store website, the Promoter will check the initial payment provider within 10 working days of the draw completion.
If it is still possible to perform a direct refund on that specific order through the original payment provider, this will be processed back to the original payment method (capped at £100.00).
If a direct refund cannot be completed through the provider for any reason—including expired gateway authorization windows, closed accounts, or provider technical/policy restrictions (such as shortened Klarna financing windows or PayPal/Stripe refund limits)—a £100.00 Aspire Store Digital Gift Card will be issued instead.
Entrants acknowledge that direct order refunds are completely subject to the operational rules and technical capability of the initial payment provider. The Promoter will not make separate, manual, or offline transfers (such as separate PayPal payments or direct bank transfers) under any circumstances.
7.3 Third-Party Purchases (Stockists & Retailers):
If the winning entry features an Aspire product purchased from an authorized third-party retailer or stockist (e.g., Next, Very, Dunelm, etc.), the winner must supply a photo of their valid receipt or proof of purchase. There is no historical expiration date limit on the age of the receipt.
Upon validation of the receipt, the winner will be issued a £100.00 Aspire Store Digital Gift Card.
7.4 Gift Card Conditions: All Aspire Store Digital Gift Cards are delivered via email, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
8. Limitation of Liability & Platform Disclaimer
8.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. By entering, you completely release Instagram and Facebook from any liability associated with this promotion.
8.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or cannot be processed due to technical errors, including restrictive social media privacy settings on the entrant's profile that prevent the brand from viewing tagged posts.
