We provide free standard UK delivery right to your doorstep. We’ll also keep you updated throughout the delivery process allowing you to keep track of where your new mattress is at all times.

We’ve partnered with both PayPal and Klarna to provide you with the option to spread the cost of your new mattress across flexible monthly instalments. We understand that purchasing a new mattress can be expensive, so by spreading the cost over a number of instalments with our 0% options, you can cut the cost into more manageable chunks.

All our products come with a 12 month warranty and in many cases, a 5 year guarantee. If you would like to return your item due to personal preference, you can do so within the 14 day returns window. However if your mattress is faulty within the 12 month or 5 year guarantee period, contact us to discuss the return process which may involve a refund or replacement mattress.

A rolled mattress is a type of mattress that has been compressed, rolled, and vacuum-sealed for convenient shipping and storage. This innovative packaging method allows for easier transportation and manoeuvrability, especially in cases where traditional mattresses may be difficult to move through narrow doorways or upstairs. 

Rolled mattresses expand to their full size once unpacked and unrolled. They are becoming increasingly popular due to their ease of delivery and setup, making them a convenient choice for many consumers. 

Most standard memory foam mattresses will take around 4-6 hours to expand up to 90%, and then it could take another 24-72 hours for it to expand to its full capacity. Rolled-up mattresses are compressed for shipping purposes, and they need time to decompress and regain their original shape and size. To help the mattress expand more quickly, unwrap it in a well-ventilated room with plenty of airflow.

To maintain your rolled-up mattress in good condition, follow the care instructions provided. This may include rotating the mattress every few months, using a mattress protector to prevent stains and spills, and cleaning any spots or stains promptly with mild detergent and water.

Once unrolled, mattresses cannot be re-rolled at home due to the specialised machinery used in the rolling process. The process of compressing, vacuum-packing, and rolling a mattress into a compact size requires specialist equipment that is not available for consumers. Therefore, once a rolled-up mattress is unrolled and expanded, it remains in its permanent state and cannot be re-rolled for storage or transportation. 

A rolled-up mattress, with proper care and maintenance, should last between eight and ten years. However, factors such as usage and maintenance play a significant role in determining the lifespan of a rolled-up mattress. It is important to rotate the mattress occasionally to even out wear and tear. With proper care, Rolled-up mattresses can last between 6 to 10 years.
